I have defaulted on my payday loans, how do I get out of this mess?

I'm overdrawn at my bank because of the checks that I wrote to the payday loan places.

Ouch! Do you have a relative to bail you out? Do you have anything you can sell? The best bet is to go there and tell them that you want to pay them back and ask what you can do. Chances are they will help you work it out cuz they do want their money. If you ignore it, it'll only get much worse! Crying also helps...pour on the tears when you walk into the place and rent a whole bunch of hungry looking kids to hold onto your leg when you go in there.(just kidding about the kiddies)

is best to talk with them tell them ur situation..they should understand..ok..i also in mess now..i talk with them pay them unless 200 the minimum payment.

Ask for a longer period of another 2 weeks. They will charge you a high amount but they may extend it for you. The best thing to do is never get into this with payday loans. They are out to make the most money off of you...K

STOP DEPOSITING MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. CALL THE PAYDAY LOAN PLACE AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM TO PAYBACK YOU DEBT. DO NOT EVERY DO PAYDAY LOANS AGAIN. OPEN A NEW BANK ACCOUNT AT DIFFERENT BANK OR USE MONEY ORDERS. DO NOT WRITE A CHECK TO THE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY ONLY PAY THEM CASH OR PREFERABLY MONEY ORDER
