I checked my credit score and its at 679. Im trying to get an auto loan of 10k, either with chase or capital one. I am serving in the military so my income is steady. I have about 2.5 years of credit. Should i have any problems getting a 10k loan from either of these companies? If not, what about a credit union?
oh yeah you are in amazing shape. I am in college, no credit yet, my girlfriend had no credit, works at a photography place making $10/ hour and we got a loan for a 2002 Lincoln LS V8 SPORT with a 5% interest rate. for three years. and use this calculator to figure out payments. don't forget to include tax tags and dealer/bank
You should apply at your own bank or credit union first, having some history could help. Your credit is marginal, but if you have the income(at least $1500 monthly) you have a good chance of getting approved. If you are turned down by your bank apply at a dealership, they will get you financed. Good luck.
I want to apply for the best auto loan. Will applying to several auto loans affect my FICO score?
